Phillip Phillips attended the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday, May 18, only a few hours before the release of Behind The Light. Phillip stopped for interviews and photos on the Red Carpet and then presented the award for “Top Country Artist” to fellow Leesburg native Luke Bryan.
